Avery had it set in her mind to sell hot chocolate by the side of the road. Everyone (except Dan) thought she was crazy. It was 19 degrees outside, snow in the ground and my parents live in a low-traffic area. We didn’t think she’d sell any. Well, good thing Dan is around.

He helped her make hot chocolate, they put in a thermos, found cups… and set up a table out front. Neighbors walked over and a few cars stopped as they drove by- and a few family members bought some too. They ended up selling 2 full thermos’ of hot chocolate, and made $10!! She gave $1 back to the house for supplies and $1 to charity.

What is she going to do with the rest of her cash? So far she is holding onto it.
