As a child this was one of my favorites activities to do during the Christmas season. My parents have a fancy wooden characters from Israel with a really cool creche. Ours isn’t that fancy- yet!

Sawyer had the Veggie Tale Nativity to set up. It’s really cute and the star on top of the manger sings a song, Veggie Tale style- annoying. But Sawyer liked playing the song over and over again!!

Avery set up a mini Nativity with small wooden figures that all fit inside the manger. She carried it with her to the softball and to pizza afterwards. She set it up in her room before going to bed.  Her favorite figurines are  baby Jesus & the angel (who is a girl).
