My friend Maya is due on Christmas Day with baby Dusty. Her husband is a surfer and his parents live in Hawaii, so we decided to do a “surfer dude” baby shower for her to get ready for baby Dusty. The colors were orange & green.
I made this frame for a Baby Dusty. We put a sonogram picture in for now.
We had the guests decorate bibs for Baby Dusty. We had plain white bibs and acrylic paint to get creative with. They turned pretty awesome. There were some very creative ladies there!!
We put this saying around “Take 5” mini candy bars as the hostess gift. We printed it on white paper and put it on “surfer paper” background. CUTE. We put them into paper orange cups with scrap paper as a handle so it looked like a beach bucket!

What drink was in the container? and where did you get that container? VERY COOL shape!!
It was a punch with orange sherbet, pineapple juice and 7 up. The container is a fancy punch thingy from Cost Co. It totally comes apart and is easy to wash- all plastic too. The bottom part you can put decoration in, I put in a pair of swim trunks with surfboards on them and a pair of baby flip flops. It turned out CUTE!
It does look fun! …and I love that punch – yummy!! Sorry I missed it!
