Yes, another crock pot recipe!
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken, cubed
1 bell pepper chopped
1 medium sized onion, chopped
12 oz chopped tomatoes
6 oz tomato paste
12 oz tomato sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
combine it all in crock pot, cook for 8 hours on LOW
Serve with whole wheat pasta
10 servings
200 calories per serving
3.5 grams fat
