Another crazy…

Ok, so I found yet another crazy dog lady. Not only does this dog have his own fancy stroller, with a restraint, I am sure, it was all decorated. He is all dressed up for the Fourth of July! He has on a his hat, scarf and I know you can’t see it but his nails are painted too!!

    i really do not understand this “dog” is like my kid thing…..A stroller for a dog makes NO sense. I thought animals needed to be walked for excerise? People like this freak me out.
