Today was a double giving day. She donated a can of soup at school and a can of spaghettios at Awanas.  We explained that some kids can’t go into the grocery store and buy what they want to eat. So these cans of food help give those kids some dinner. Until she sees or meets one of these kids or families, I don’t think she’ll get it. Hopefully one day, when she’s ready and can comprehend it all.
